About these terms
These Terms & Conditions apply to enquiries and bookings with Heritage Safari Dubai for desert safaris, quad-bike experiences and dune-buggy activities in Dubai, United Arab Emirates.
Read the selected package details and the written booking confirmation alongside these terms. Before agreeing to a booking, ask the team to clarify anything that is not clear. Nothing in these terms limits rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.
02 / YOUR EXPERIENCE
Requests and booking confirmation
- The website sends booking requests through WhatsApp. Selecting a package, completing the form or opening the prepared message does not create a confirmed reservation.
- Review the prepared message and press Send. A booking is confirmed only when our team confirms the package, date, availability, guest count, price and arrangements.
- Provide accurate guest numbers, children’s age bands, contact details and pickup information. Tell us promptly if anything changes.
- Keep your written confirmation and share the booking and safety information with everyone in your group.
03 / YOUR EXPERIENCE
Prices and payment
- Advertised package prices are in United Arab Emirates dirhams (AED). The amount and inclusions agreed in your booking confirmation apply to your booking.
- Shared safari offers are priced per person. Private Land Cruiser offers are priced per vehicle, for a maximum of 7 guests in total, including children. Dune-buggy prices are per buggy for the selected seating capacity and riding duration.
- Pay cash to the driver on arrival. Card payment is available with a 5% extra service charge; cash avoids that charge. Confirm your preferred method before the tour.
- No online tour payment is taken by the WhatsApp enquiry form. Do not enter card details in that form.
- Only the services expressly included in your selected package are covered. Optional extras, transfer changes and any other applicable charges must be confirmed before you agree to them.
04 / YOUR EXPERIENCE
Children and vehicle capacity
Safari child pricing: Children aged 3 years and under are free. Children over 3 years are charged the same as adults. Private vehicles carry a maximum of 7 guests in total, including children.
A parent or responsible adult must supervise accompanying children. Confirm child-seat arrangements, age and height requirements, driver eligibility and activity suitability before booking. The safari child-pricing rule does not remove buggy rental charges or override safety restrictions.
05 / YOUR EXPERIENCE
Pickup, return and self-drive packages
- Advertised evening safari pickup is 2:00–3:00 pm, with drop-off at 10:00–11:00 pm, in Dubai local time. Exact arrangements depend on your location and must be confirmed with the team.
- The AED 50 self-drive safari requires you to travel to the desert camp parking area. Home / hotel pickup and drop-off are not included. Confirm the meeting point, arrival time and activity arrangements.
- For private morning safaris, confirm the pickup and return times when booking; evening times do not apply.
- Be ready at the agreed location and time. Traffic, weather and operating conditions may affect timings. If delayed, contact the team immediately.
06 / YOUR EXPERIENCE
Package inclusions and activity duration
Select the package that matches the experience you want. Quad biking and VIP camp service are included only in packages that expressly list them. A dune-buggy ride is a separate activity unless specifically confirmed as part of an offer.
- Private evening safari: AED 750 per exclusive Land Cruiser, maximum 7 guests, with 20–25 minutes of dune bashing and home / hotel transfers.
- Private morning safari: AED 650 per exclusive Land Cruiser, maximum 7 guests, with 40–50 minutes of dune bashing and home / hotel transfers.
- Dune buggies: choose 1, 2 or 4 seats, with either 30 minutes or 1 hour of riding, according to the confirmed package.
Evening camp entertainment and dining belong to the confirmed evening package; they are not part of the private morning safari or standalone buggy hire unless expressly agreed. Live entertainment may be affected by applicable restrictions or operational changes; confirm any essential feature before booking.
07 / YOUR EXPERIENCE
Safety and participation
- Follow all instructions from drivers, guides and activity staff. Use required safety equipment and attend the safety briefing.
- Dune bashing, quad biking and buggy driving involve uneven terrain and physical movement. Confirm participation requirements and suitability before booking, especially for young children, pregnancy, back or neck problems, or other conditions that could affect safe participation.
- Share only information needed to discuss safe participation. Seek appropriate medical advice if uncertain; our booking team cannot provide medical clearance.
- Do not participate while impaired by alcohol, drugs or any condition that makes participation unsafe.
- Driving and passenger eligibility, permitted riding areas and supervision requirements must be confirmed for your selected activity. Do not assume that every guest may drive or that every activity is suitable for every age.
- An activity may be paused, changed or declined when reasonably necessary for safety or to comply with applicable requirements.
08 / YOUR EXPERIENCE
Cancellations, changes and refunds
Cancellation and refund conditions may vary by package. Ask for the applicable cancellation deadline, any charges and rescheduling terms in writing before confirming your booking. No universal free-cancellation period is advertised on this page.
- Contact the team as soon as possible to request cancellation or a change of date, time or guest numbers. Changes are subject to availability.
- No-shows and unused services are not normally refundable, subject to the conditions agreed for your booking and any rights provided by applicable law.
- If a refund is due, the amount, method and processing arrangements will be confirmed with you. Where appropriate, it will be returned using the original payment method.
- Tours may need to be changed or rescheduled because of weather, safety concerns or operational requirements. The team will discuss available alternatives and any refund entitlement under your agreed booking terms and applicable law.
09 / YOUR EXPERIENCE
Personal belongings and responsibility
Keep personal belongings secure and follow staff instructions. Tell the team promptly about a loss, damage, injury or service issue so it can be investigated.
Traffic, weather and circumstances outside reasonable control may affect the experience. Any question of responsibility will be assessed under the booking arrangements and applicable law. Nothing here excludes liability for matters that cannot lawfully be excluded, or removes mandatory consumer rights.
10 / YOUR EXPERIENCE
Photography, privacy and website use
Personal photography is welcome where permitted by the venue and activity staff. Respect the privacy of other guests and do not use a phone or camera in a way that interferes with safe driving or riding.
Permission should be obtained before identifiable guest images are used in our own marketing, including parent or guardian permission for children. For information about enquiry details, communication services and privacy requests, read the Privacy Policy.
Use the website lawfully. Do not misuse forms, attempt unauthorised access or copy material in a way that infringes the rights of its owner. Third-party websites and services have their own terms.

Applicable law and updates
These terms are governed by the applicable laws of the United Arab Emirates. Disputes are subject to the competent courts as determined by applicable law, without removing any mandatory consumer protections.
We may update these website terms and display the updated date here. Changes do not automatically alter arrangements already agreed for a confirmed booking, except where required by applicable law or agreed with you.
